Menu selection way to small.... had to rethink order about 4 times.... refused to accommodate us for something as s mole as a jumbo slice of pizza.... was not able to order online ....... called order in and driver decided to throw attitude and stomp out after no tip for all the people Inconvenience caused earlier!!!! Call and spoke with manager and refused to do anything other than a $10 credit next time I order!!!!! Pretty sure there won’t be a next time !!!!! Pretty disappointing! Poor customer service !!!!
Ordered an xl pizza half sausage and pep / half veggies ..... 95 percent of the pizza was sausage and pep... called back and sent a pic to the gentleman on duties phone ... Says we need that pizza back untouched and we will make you another .. right.... after I picked through the veggie side to see if there was anything that didn’t have meat on it ... after i said our kids we hungry and ate some .. he says alright bye. Sorry guys you just lost my business.
My Chicago style pizza was like one big bread stick. A major rip off! There was hardly any sauce or cheese. Besides the rock hard crust, it just tasted like an uncooked ball of dough. Also, the employees are very rude.
Order from here all of the time. The flier says they are open until 9 Sunday till thru Thursday. I've been calling since 815 (mind you I plan on picking my order up) and they are ignoring the phone. I will never order from them again!
I order ahead, typically takes no more than 1/2 hour. Very nice & welcoming staff - I’d return for sure! The specials are great prices too!
I'm happy with their great service and tasty yummy pizza!! It is nice to have a neighborhood pizza place that has great food!!
First time trying Rosati's. I was at Waukesha location 310 W Saint Paul Ave Ste 2, Waukesha. Ordered vegetarian pizza. Went home 15 miles away. Found Meat in pizza. I am vegetarian. I asked on phone for refund. The manager did not wanted to come on phone. They refused to do anything about their mistake. It's just terrible. Kids are hungry at this time.. and adults are obviously mad with the experience. What was terrible? Not necessarily the mistake but the response. They just did not care about their mistake, what so ever.
Awful customer service!! Called to talk to a manager and they tried arguing with me. Very disappointed, won't be going back again.
