Had a great experience with Rosas Roofing. It's best to contact them by their webpage instead of phone. After we submitted an inquiry on their webpage they came out quickly to make some small repairs for the warranty on the roof they installed 3 years ago. Very friendly service, I recommend them.
Does not honor warranty, had numerous leaks immediately and up to 3 years. At first attempted to repair, then stopped returning my calls. My sofa was ruined in the process.
1000% Satisfied. Been in SF four years now and this is the most HONEST and HARD WORKING contractor I've dealt with so far. They did an 'excellent' job and was attentive to every detail. Contracted with the owner's son to do some work a while back. The son was operating without a license. This owner claimed he knew nothing about it. In short, the son/employee ran off with my money and the work was never done.
