Our pizza has been burnt the last two times we have ordered, plus the last time we waited for well over an hour for our food. We have tried talking to a manager and they really didn’t seem to care. ****since my first review the manager of the Belgrade store contacted me and was great to talk to about the two previous incidents, she was very apologetic and eager to make right! She also sent a GC in the mail which was greatly appreciated! Will be giving the Belgrade store another chance.👍🏼

I was shown concern and great customer service, apologies and promises to improve and continue to look at their protocols. Rosas has been a Belgrade tradition for ever !! Chuck and Gwen are amazing ! I miss working at the local bank to see their smiling faces and to get a cheese bread every now and then. They are always our first pick for pizza and taco salad night !
Rosa’s is the best pizza in Gallatin County, hands down. Fresh ingredients, great customer service, and great staff make them my go to! Whether it’s pizza, garlic or cheese sticks, or salads, they’ve got you covered! Can’t recommend this place enough!!!
