We called ahead to see if we needed an appointment and they said they accept walk-ins. We get there, and they have me fill paperwork asking some personal questions I've never had asked by any general doctor before. Then they tell me that because I have an "extensive medical history" they won't take me as a walk in and they'd call me to make an appointment AFTER they take my medical records.
