Wanted to give them a chance since im in the market for buying jewelry, the moment I walked in, nobody even greeted me. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Poor customer service. I was trying to stay within my $1850 budget. How they have it set up you can’t really see what all they have because some jewelry is in the back some in front. The lady that was helping literally just walked off and ignored me as I was trying to ask her to help me. Then the owner was present stating that they are too “busy” to service me. Le pregunte a la muchacha que significaban los números en las etiquetas de círculos y se quedo muda no sabia contestarme en español. Le hable después en ingles sin saber que no hablaba español. Fue incomodo se quedo callada mirando al otro muchacho con cara de disgusto. Recuerdo ir desde pequeña con mis padres y nos atendía una señora muy amable. Siento que se debería saber mínimo español ya que es un negocio hispano de años. Espero volver otro día y encontrar alguien mas amable y que sepa español.
