I have been a patient of Rosa's for several years due to different health reasons. I refuse to use any other home health service. Im very happy with the service I receive from everyone. The office staff is amazing, knowledgeable & very helpful. My wound care nurse, Sarah, is awesome. I suffer from bouts of cellulitis & she is continuously on the spot with my care. unprofessional workers.
Very very nice company
This is the worst nursing service I have ever encountered. They don’t have enough field staff. The patients goes two weeks or more without any services and when you call the office they play phone tag they pretend they are transferring you to someone that can handle the problem but no one answers. The staff appears to not care if the services are met or not. I will be passing this information on to Medicare.
