unprofessional workers.
Very very nice company
This is the worst nursing service I have ever encountered. They don’t have enough field staff. The patients goes two weeks or more without any services and when you call the office they play phone tag they pretend they are transferring you to someone that can handle the problem but no one answers. The staff appears to not care if the services are met or not. I will be passing this information on to Medicare.
I used Rosa’s for over 5 years. I started with them and loved them due to Robin Minor who took amazing care of my Dad. After he passed away @ 94, I used them same agency for my Mom. Administrative errors were constantly being made with lost orders from Doctors, recert paperwork being lost/slow to be processing and it goes on from there ... I had to follow up with Admin for everything. Very unprofessional.
