Hello Juan Salcedo here. I had my stroke on June 7th 2026. Rosas has been carrying for me since 7/15/26. My care team David, Sandie, Leanne, Lorie and, Janette are all very professional and always show up with a smile and are always so pleasant. Thank You Rosas for having such a great team looking after me. I highly recommend this care provider to anyone in need.
I would not recommend Rosa's First Home Health Agency based on my experience. The process of getting home health services established for my mother was already difficult, and unfortunately the services lasted less than three weeks before they were abruptly discontinued. I was informed that the issue was related to insurance payment. However, after looking into the matter, I learned that what should have been submitted was a prior authorization, but instead only a verification of benefits was completed and a claim was filed. ... read more
They're advertising to pay below $10 hr which is now below minimum wage for this job...REPORT THEM! Anyone working here after Sept 2025 being paid below $13hr should file a complaint and sue for wage theft.
I have been a patient of Rosa's for several years due to different health reasons. I refuse to use any other home health service. Im very happy with the service I receive from everyone. The office staff is amazing, knowledgeable & very helpful. My wound care nurse, Sarah, is awesome. I suffer from bouts of cellulitis & she is continuously on the spot with my care.
