The atmosphere was welcoming. The salon is clean, neat and affordable. I will definitely be returning.
It was such a calming and refreshing experience
Terrible treatment of people. I came to rosa’s to get my nails done and experienced a minor accident in the tight parking lot. The owner literally ran out to the lot and yelled at me and shamed me. It was a very humiliating experience. So unprofessional. I never went back and never will.
