Good Ole taco Tuesday. The plate large drink and 8 sopapillas 14 bucks . Make yourself some custom salsa by mixing the different flavors and enjoy. I usually use the tortillas to make burritos out of the beans and rice. Topping them of with the custom salsa. If you're still hungry after all this you must be stoned.
Rosa's Cafe is an excellent alternative to a sit down restaurant, as no tip is expected. Great food at a reasonable price. Salsa bar is neatly arranged and very clean. I do hope they are not going to disposable plastic forks, knives, and spoons like Taco Cabana is!!! This place is far too nice for that. Good cheap texmex. Flour tortillas are the BOMB!
GREAT food, polite staff. This is somewhere that look like a sit down restaurant with menus, but it is fast food, with fresh tortillas and sopapillas. Decor was awesome.
