Where should I begin? I decided to take a few days before posting an immediate review. Let me begin that the staff was very helpful and kind. They deserve 5 stars. Dr. Rosario Romero on the other hand was a horrible experience. As the mother to a 14 month old who has developmental delay, we were very excited and looking forward to meet with a professional. If I could give this office a -1 I would. My 15 year old daughter received the worst care ever from Dr Romero and the nurse practitioner Kirby Cox. Communication is horrible and Dr Romero just told my daughter her pain is due to depression and she has to figure out a way to get over it because life is hard. She raised her voice at us and spoke to us horribly during our visit. My daughter and I was extremely upset after our appointment. I’ve had issues with this office for about a year.
