Dr Cecilio does not care about her elderly patients, she is my 94 year old mothers primary care physician. As of 03/01/23, my mother will no longer be her patient. Her “office” puts off appointments, especially “after ER” follow up appointments. The ER instructs you to see your primary care physician within a week to two of release. This is never an option with Dr Cecilio. I been seeing Dr. Cecilio for a while, but ever since she move to the new office I been having problems communicating with the office and her. They dont return the calls and i took couple of xray for my arm in the beginning of January an i stiil havent got a call.i been in pain since August
Omg the staff takes like an hour to answer an if they answer they transfer you to another 30 min wait ..and if you want to have an appointment is like in 5 months when I don't need them anymore
Dr.Cecilio has always been a great doctor. Her bedside manner is fantastic and she always listens to my concerns.
