HORRIBLE getting anyone to answer the phone. On a number of occasions, after phone ringing a number of times, someone picks up & immediately hangs up. Forget about calling the last 45 min. of open office hours. They most definitely will not answer the phone. This is an on-going problem. Best to call the 'Call Center', not the Dr.'s office. Wonderful Dr. but suggest finding a different primary.

This place refused to take me seriously, and delayed me getting diagnosed for a severe and incurable autoimmune disease called Myasthenia gravis that I knew I had, and ended up testing positive for. I literally almost died because of these people, and all they had to do was agree to the blood test that I was asking for, but they refused, because this place is a joke. This place is also running a B-12 racket, where literally almost everybody in the waiting room is always waiting for a B-12 shot, because it's an easy moneymake... read more
