Dr. Lai has been the pediatrician for both my kids. She is very calm, patient and very empathetic towards all my concerns. When I was a first time mom, she would take time during visits to get to know both how me and baby were doing! I'm really glad that my kids get her as their doctor. The way she addresses my concerns answering all my questions has really been very helpful! Both Dr. Lai and her staff are super nice and make our doctor visits awesome!
Dr. Lai is very friendly and professional. Our two kids love her so much. We are very grateful for her patient diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Lai is the best! She has taken care of our babies since birth. With her friendly bedside manner, she is caring, thorough and gives us clear explanations or game plan. She always gives us peace of mind when our children are ill. We trust her and ask her for guidance often when we have medical questions.
