Rosamond put a roof on my house several years ago. Various issues over the years leading up to my replacing my roof this year, years earlier than necessary. Have filed with the BBB asking for a concession.
Rosamond Elite Roofing did a great job on my roof at a fair price, and were wonderful to work with. They delivered all the material the afternoon before work started, and they completed the roof replacement in a single day. They cleaned up after themselves very well too, even disposed of my defunct satellite dish for me. James also helped me quite a lot to interact with my insurance company (State Farm), who were difficult to deal with. I would definitely recommend Rosamond.
Great experience with this roofing company. Their expertise was amazing. They walked us through every step from the beginning to the end. James and Dillon were so professional and made sure everything was carried out smoothly to our satisfaction. The customer service from the office staff was fantastic. The crew who worked on the roof was exceptional. We highly recommend Rosamond Elite Roofing.
I can’t seem to get anyone to call me back. I have two homes that Rosamond put roofs on. One house has issues with nails backing out and now the shingles are not flat. This should be resolved while the roof is under warranty. Six calls and one or two emails over 11 days. They have BBB all over the website and contract, maybe they will help me get this resolved.
