She does not help with referrals, never responds to messages, and she could honestly care less about you as her patient. Don’t expect to hear from her unless you make an appointment which will have you waiting almost 2 hours just for her to dismiss everything you say. Worst doctor I have ever had.
Has been my doctor for many years and I’ve never had any gripe with her. She’s a very caring gentle and compassionate dr. and doesn’t rush you when you get in to see her. I feel her follow-through with any problems that arise with health matters of mine have been appropriate so far. There were a couple times she referred me to a specialist that I didn’t like, but I’m a grownup and can decide to see someone else if I don’t like that specialist. I don’t blame Dr. Nogales for that. I love my doctor and I always have a great experience seeing her. Wait times have been a bit long, but her and her staff are always very kind and welcoming. She really takes time to listen to your concerns and help you. I'm so happy to call her my doctor, she has truly changed my life for the better. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr Nogales is not a doctor you want to age with. If you want a sub par doctor who's staff are like high school gossiping girls that's the spot. The waiting times are long to then see an arrogant defensive doctor who doesnt follow her own advice about dieting. Don't let the palm/herndon location fool you. This doctor & her staff are unprofessional ,Dr Nogales will tell you if you don't like it notcome back . Tell her your not she sends you a letter to get a new doctor. I fired you Dr Nalgas !
She is a great doctor!
Very kind but has a hard time making recommendations. You have to be an advocate for yourself and look into what you are needing and then request it. Somewhat slow to address refill requests, semi-difficult to get last minute appointment, but what doctor isn't now a days?
I have gone to Dr. Nogales for over 5 years. I had to switch a few times due to my insurance changing but the other doctors were never as good. I am pleased to call her my doctor again finally! She is amazing- she goes above and beyond for me every time, and makes sure to fully explain things to me. She is above all professional, but also extremely caring. She treats me as a person and not a number or a quota she has to meet.
Wait times are over 2 hours in the waiting area and another hour in the back waiting for her to spend maybe 15 minutes with you. Her answers seem undure and she is not very thorough. I feel like I can google and guess my health concerns and get a better diagnosis. She is nice but that dont mean she is a good dr.
