Absolutely the worst place you can ever go to for furniture. I wish I would have gone somewhere else because going here was the worst choice I could have made. It took so long for me to get my furniture and once I did get it they did not order the correct mattress and one of the pieces from my bed was damaged. It took about 3 weeks for me to get these two items back so I literally had to wait over a month to actually have everything. I wish, I could give them zero ratings. I don't know where to start. First, 3 weeks after I placed an order for sofa & loveseat,neither I receive a call or delivery. So, I decided to call the store and the guy told me "we will deliver as soon as we get it". I asked the exact date and he was like "we don't know, sofas come from other place". Finally, after 1 month and 5 days, sofas & loveseat were delivered. Worst service ever!!! I would never recommend this store to anyone, unless your willing to wait a month and 3 days for your furniture. Not only do they lie to you and tell you your furniture is in stock they also lie to you about your delivery date. They have you waiting around all day and never come, and when they do come they hire day laborers to deliver your furniture in a Penski truck ( what the F***)! The first thing you should know is that the furniture is exactly as pictured online, so if you don't mind the headache then it might be worth it. But here is my rationale why I'll never buy from here again: 1. DELIVERY PROBLEMS- I had an original delivery date of 11/3/10. I called that afternoon to confirm (after not receiving a call from them) and was told "Saturday". Just two words "Excellent Service" They did everything in their power to satisfy me. Merchandise arrived in excellent condition and most important I got what I wanted. I'm very very happy...I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Their merchandise it's as beautiful and great as shown online. And the crew was fenomenal, they treated me like family at a very professional and respecful level; no matter how many times I called they were always there to help me with a smile. I must say that I had a little problem with delivery but all in all they did everything in their power to assist me and make me a happy customer. Mio (the customer service rep) always kept me informed on everything that was going on and Sammy (the owner) was very easy to speak to. I will definately buy my furniture from them again ( should I need anything else ). Department stores such as Bobs Discount and Raymour and Flanigan didnt have a support team as good as this one. 5 stars is definately what they deserve!
