I had a very poor experience trying to schedule care with Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics in North Chicago (Green Bay Rd). After TRICARE approved a referral for my dependent to see a psychiatrist, I called to initiate the new-patient process. I absolutely love my therapist Dr.Matyja but the front desk is one of the most rude and incompetent staff I have ever interacted with. Not only do they never answer their phones or respond back to voicemails, but they are the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Today my appointment was supposed to be at 9:30am (that’s what the front desk told me when I had it scheduled), never once did I ever receive any kind of reminder or confirmation emails/texts from them. These low reviews are crazy to me because I went to this clinic for my foot and I was very well taken care of by Dr Dookie! She had two students in there with me first who did all these measurements, asked me all these questions what was wrong with me and then they discussed it with the doctor. Then all three of them came in and talked to me and when I tell you I felt listened to, heard, respected & cared for! My experience was amazing! Everyone was super nice and attentive! I was just amazed!
These people NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR RETURN CALLS. Unprofessional people
