I can write an entire book on how therapy and Ivette changed my life, for the better of course. If i could rate this place a million stars i would. But let me tell you this, I think the first step of therapy is accepting that you need it due to your trauma, life, relationships etc,. I highly recommend Yvett as a therapist. In the time I spent with her, she helped guide me through my toughest days and emotions at a pace I could accept change. She never jumped to any diagnostic conclusions for a quick fix. She actually spent time helping me work through personality barriers and improved my outlook on life. I’m stronger today because of her. She’s willing to use many different avenues and tools to help you get past the personal hurdles that hold you back. Highly recommend.
Yvett was my addiction and personal counselor. When I first started going to see Yvett I could barely have a conversation with her because I was so lost and scared. As the months went on, she helped me to find myself and helped me to move forward. I now know where I am going and what I’m supposed to be in life. I owe her so much. She was so down to earth and she related with me. She is a great counselor and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a guiding light. Thank you so much Yvett!
