The inspector is cheap, and that should've been an obvious indicator. The inspector was late, had crude jokes, unprofessional, was rude to my realtor, and missed MANY obvious things. Obvious things he missed were items like: crumbling chimneys, faulty wired electrical boxes, exposed wires and many other items. He also pointed out some items that were faulty, but failed to include them in the report. The "joke" part, he followed me to the ATM for payment.
