As far as I’m concerned I should be getting a refund. I asked for gel nails , got acrylic, he cut my skin twice , which you know I could understand if he was learning . But then he charged me $79, for acrylic nails … and not even the design I wanted. & to top it off , I had a reaction to whatever he did and my nails lifted and had to be removed the following day. Huge disappointment.
"I had a very bad experience. The staff didn't seem to know the difference between gel and acrylic nails. I booked an appointment for a gel set and asked for a very short length without nail tips, as those damage my nails. Initially, they said they don't do gel sets without tips, so I agreed to have them done with tips. However, when they started applying acrylic powder, I reminded them that I wanted a gel set. Very terrible experience. Went for french tip, look at the shape and dirty french they did on my nails.
Very bad service no one speaks English I got injured from this place😡
Fantastic place. Great prices. Tina in my opinion has mastered the art of a manicure and pedicure. Do yourself a favour and get the collagen upgrade. Rosa the owner is amazing also. Super friendly and great personality.
