The food and drinks were great but the service and hospitality were not as good for the price we payed. We had a reservation for 7:30 but we got our table at 8:00. As well as that the ladies at the front desk were very rude to us and answered every question very rudely.
Came in couple of months ago and saw rats running around. Gave it another try yesterday and oh my god, it was pathetic. I understand that the crowd was huge, but that doesn’t mean you treat your diners by leaving them unattended. Food was late and bland, bad service altogether. Asked them for sauce and it took another 30 mins for them to realise that they forgot the request. I hope this review helps others or atleast the restaurant as a feedback to work on the dining experience.
It was our first time here, and everything went well. The food was good, and the service was too, despite being a bit slow. But the highlight of the night was Martin—they was incredible. They really made our evening special; they certainly deserves recognition. Thank you so much for making our night happier—We appreciate you!!! The world deserves more people like you.
