I visited Rosa Mexicana last Monday around 3-6 pm and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service felt mediocre very dry , but what really concerned me was how the Monday drink special was handled. I noticed another guest was able to order several drinks to-go at the $5 Monday special price.
