8 minutes agoNEW I have been with then for years. Yes they are easy for claims and getting them paid. However we somehow had a policy change and the answervI get is the same and I want them to go back in history to show where it all started and that wont happen. They could care less about losing you as a longterm over 10 yr customer or that you would change ins. I had a great understaffer agent but the new one that took over I cant say the the same. Head to a different state farm agent.
