Waited 9 months for my appointment, the day before I get a call confirming my appointment and giving directions where to go. Then 5 hours before my appointment that I have waited 9 months for, I get a call that reschedule my appointment. Instead of getting my in soon, I get pushed back another almost 8 weeks! This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing I have ever seen. Absolutely disrespectful to patients and their time.
Love love love Dr. Machado and her assistant Daniela! She is by far the best doctor I ever had. Both take the time to listen too you. Dr. M. is on point with her diagnosis. Also, both put up with my clean but bad humor. Thank you ladies!
