I would like to start by saying Dr. Young has always been great; however, her scheduling staff cancels and reschedules appointments made a year out without speaking to patient. A message in an app for a specialty doctor seen once a year for follow up is not sufficient communication. People rearrange schedules and work and children’s rides to drive across town to be told someone rescheduled and did not call to inform the patient.
