DO NOT RENT Management is very unprofessional and rude. Maintenance is very unreliable and incompetent with proper maintenance. The manager is afraid to manage and is very selective with her duties. You have no privacy with them constantly making excuses to enter your apartment. The pictures posted will fool you from what they actually have in the exterior.
Swipe Left These apartments are awful. Management here is unethical and unreliable. Just say NO, you're better off staying with family until you resolve your living situation regardless of "low income affordability." There is no solitude in your own apartment when management constantly wants to check what you're doing. You'll be thanking me for dodging this place. Your welcome.
The bigger the better Amazing high ceiling apts. Giant livingrooms . nice kitchens and bathrooms, good closet space and amazing patios and balconies very large . 1,2,3&4 bedrooms. Amazing staff and a YMCA for the kids. Lived here for 3 years no problems, everyone's really nice. Nice pool and bb court, outdoor grills also near public transportation. Beautiful senic views of the palmsprings mountains.
