My first experience was amazing and I defiantly look forward going back. I am a Hispanic woman and my daughter is Black American. Most unorganized place ever. I had an appointment, and the lady still made me wait more than half an hour. Then she asked me if the manager of the store can go before me. So i would have to wait 45 mins more! There is no air conditioning and i am 9 months pregnant!!!
