Initially she was empathetic and gave suggestions. I bought the books, supplements she suggested etc Later she said she hadn't been honest. She didnt agree with my perspective on some things. She said she gave recommendations, and like a defiant child, I rolled my eyes as if I'd never listen. She went on a tangent and I felt vomited on and tuned her out, my custom when people are verbally abusive. I quit therapy she called confused saying we made a break through and had our best session. ??
It started off great, then it went downhill. She doesn't address hard issues, always goes around them. I found it very difficult to bring anything hard up. She was judgmental and critical. Didn't believe me in certain situations. Crossed many boundaries. Would not recommend her.
