Courteous staff & although Dr. Suarez-Reyna is courteous & sweet, unfortunately she's not very knowledgeable at resolving your vision refraction issues. I assume the great service and courteousness are part of being very "customer service" aware due to the fact that she is very "business" inclined but "health service" inclination is what a patient seeks. For character I would give Dr. Suarez-Reyna 5 stars but for knowledge and effectiveness (which is paramount) I would sadly have to stick with 1
