I wish I could give this building or rather the manager of the building Carmen 10 stars instead of 5; as this is a phenomenal building mostly because of her. I was lucky enough to get a unit here last Oct, when I moved to B.C. from Toronto. I lived at 5250 East Hastings Street for ~3 years and the building was run by Carmen (I won't put the last name for confidentiality reasons). This place SPOILED me for other buildings! Carmen was courteous, efficient, kind, and honestly cared about my well being in the building. I was so nervous about moving out west, but Carmen made the transition so much easier, she even helped me choose the best spot in the building that she thought was right for me (she was SO right).
