I came to Mr. Ramsey Nanaimo was told I needed sleep study, because I stop breathing in my sleep. I immediately knew he was going to be a great doctor because he came in slowly and made eye contact and didn’t break it. I struggle with doctors because I’m a straight forward, say it how it is, but don’t be rude about it, kinda girl. I struggle now with a few new orders I’ve picked up and I explained them to my doctor and how it’ll take two years to properly get anything fixed about these. Dr. Ramsey is very "down to earth". He thoroughly discusses my ongoing care with me by giving me choices, explaining pros and cons for each choice. My care is not "cookie cutter" care, with a treatment plan already formulated. Additionally, Dr. Ramsey is a very affable person. Staff is very friendly and efficient.
Also takes time to go over any questions I have. That is rare these days.
Very easy to talk to. Listened to what I had to say. Highly recommend, very professional
