Dr Panepinto has no people skills. He acts like he is better than you. I would also ask about hidden charges not covered by insurance. I’m still getting bills and I only had a small copay! Find a different podiatrist. There are many out there.
Once again I have wasted time waiting for someone to call and confirm an appointment made online!!! only to find out that the app doesn't work or isn't used by the doctor's office!! THEN TAKE IT OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE!!!!! or at the very least put an alert so that people will know. So much for technology, how bout just a little common sense! I'm not looking for another doctor and still in pain.
Good doctor but staff who schedule his surgeries is the reason I will never return.
