Dr. Oefinger has been amazing for my entire family. He is very patient and explains everything he is doing, he takes his time and is never rushed. He caught early glaucoma in my Mom that her other optometrist had missed. He has been wonderful with both of my children. I have recommended to many people and they have all been happy!
This office is so, so horrible. The woman at the front desk is not personable whatsoever, but once you see Oefinger himself, you'll understand why - why would he care about the front desk associate if he himself is rude? He refused to answer my questions regarding a certain contact lense. I began to ask my question and he cut me off and said that he wouldn't recommend that kind of contacts to anyone, and that was that. I will never set foot in that establishment again.
