These people need to get their process looked at. I’ve been calling for three weeks to check on my child’s doctor referral to be seen, and every week I get the same answer, “we don’t have it. It takes 2-3 days to process. No, we don’t have a way to contact our referral team.” Like, wth?! Our pediatrician has faxed them 2 times and even verified the number was correct. 2 times in two weeks and still they don’t have it.
