Recently rented an apartment from Roque & Mark and am super happy with the experience so far. The building is newer and well maintained, neighbors are cool. Also happy to see they sponsor the urban garden on Yale st. which is a nice addition to the neighborhood.
Rented a super cute apartment in Palms - process was so easy and covid-friendly with self guided tours, leasing process was a breeze, staff was responsive and professional. So far maintenance is taken care of practically before I can hit "submit"! Highly recommend.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! No communication between the office and could care less about your problems. Completely incompetent!!!!
