Good people but crazy places to delvery
My company recently purchased over 17 thousand dollars worth of material from you. FedEx refused to give us anything but a 12 hour window and now im an hour away from home... on a school night as a single dad I have no way of placing the delivery on hold. I stated that it should not be dropped off without a signature as im in a commercial building. There's no way of stopping delivery and no way of knowing when it will be here. I ordered 36 inch stair treads. I wanted a premium product for my new house. However, of the 14 that I ordered, I got three different sizes. The Roppe people told me to but cut the 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the sides. This is difficult to do especially with narrow cuts on the thick hard treads. The people at the company failed to call me back repeatedly and just kept saying the treads meet their specs. An expensive, “high grade” product should not have a consistent defect like this. Don’t buy Roppe products.
