Wonderful service, an excellent selection, and, most importantly, genuine care for the people they serve. We need more businesses like Ropheka in our community. Unfortunately, the big chains have taken over, making independent businesses like this a rare gem. The customer service from everyone here is incredible. Everyone is very helpful and kind, I also appreciate the willingness to answer questions and concerns about prescriptions. If I could give you 6 stars I would!! Highly recommend using them you won’t regret it!
Ropheka Pharmacy is great! Rahael and her husband are always so helpful and very efficient. They go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need in a timely manner and are always a pleasure to speak to. Definitely recommend if you want quality, friendly service.
A kind pharmacist who seems to really care. Right next to Lonestar Pediatrics which is a huge plus! Because let’s be honest, who wants to be driving far to pickup prescriptions when their child is sick?! So convenient!!! I need to add, Ropheka opened up for my family on a holiday, just to allow us to pickup a prescription for strep throat - what a top-notch, over the top, excellent customer service! Ropheka goes above and beyond!
