I’m very disappointed with my experience at this office. My 12-year-old recently got contact lenses for the first time and, as expected, is still learning how to manage them. He wasn’t able to keep up with his initial trial pair, so I returned to request another sample while we wait for his order to arrive. I finally found a great eye doctor this year, and I’m so glad I did. The doctor is extremely patient,attentive, and responsible,taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel comfortable throughout the visits. The front desk staff also very kind responsive-they reply to messages promptly and are always helpful with scheduling and questions. Another big plus is that the doctor speaks both English and Chinese, which makes communication much easier. This is wonderful option for Chinese-speaking patients.
