Jason Roper was easy to deal with when my insurance company was not. He was organized and responsive, and got the roof fixed quickly.
I used this company for a roof repair on one of our customer's homes that had a leak. The customer called back in a few months later, mentioning that the issue was still not fully fixed and a leak was still present. I contacted Roper's Roofing about going back out to check on the home. Roper's said they would go back out to check on this, but the customer claimed that they never received any contact from Roper's. I also called in a few times to check in on this and Roper's did not answer or call me back.
Great experience. New metal roof. All problem areas of original roof repaired. Local family owned business. Wonderful workmanship. Excellent finished product!
