Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Dr. Roper was recommended to me years ago as being the most talented and respected Dermatologist in our area. She has treated me successfully several times for a genetic skin condition and her care has helped me maintain a normal complexsion. Now that I am on Medicare, I do not have insurance to pay for her services. Dr. Roper has made every effort to accommodate me with my charges. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

I had five appointments with Dr Roper. Each appointment she was late 30 minutes up to 2 hours. She has a fine education, but has an arrogant attitude. She pretends to be caring, but is phony and very dishonest. While I was in her waiting room, one of her many elderly, medicare patients told me, Dr. Roper is always late for her appointments, and is very tricky. God help anyone who goes to Dr. Roper.
