I cannot say how the doctor is. This is because after over a month and a half of trying to make an appointment (with no luck) I had to seek care elsewhere. If you have a health concern I would think twice about this office. I tried THREE different ways and multiple times each method to get an appointment. I could not get anyone to return my call. Under no circumstances should you entrust your or your loved one's care to this practice. The doctors do not speak to family (even with a healthcare power of attorney) on the phone, only in person, even if you live hours away. It takes days to talk to a nurse, and when you do, the information is either inaccurate or incomplete. Dr. Jeffrey Pike is one of the best doctors I have seen in years. He is very informative and caring. I Always say go to a doctor that loves what they do and doctor Pike does. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a matter of minutes. I feel like I'm in very good hands and very well taken care of with Mr. Pike.. thank you doctor Pike you rock!!!
