Up until my last two visits at this location, I had wonderful experiences — providers listened to my concerns, I was always able to get an appointment promptly, and everyone was professional. My last experience, however, was horrible, and it has taken me some time to decide whether or not to share. In June 2025, I thought I had an ear infection due to ear pain.
