I have nothing but good things to say about the medical staff and their support team. I have always felt like I was in great hands and taken care of in a professional and caring manner. I am always seen promptly and billing is always seamless and convenient. Please understand that I would give this office five stars every day of the week if it wasn't for their scheduling practices. Dr. Mikola has been my doctor for 10 years. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough regarding all aspects of my health. I believe him to be the best physician I have to date, and I am old enough to remember when doctors made house calls. I have recommended him to several of my friends who are currently his patients, as well.
Dr. Mikola has been my doctor for many years and I consider myself lucky to have him look after health. He is knowledgeable and he listens carefully to what I have to say. He does not hesitate to request testing to ensure proper treatments. I have sent him emails at the ECIM portal and he always responds on the same day, except Fridays and weekends. This is very convenient if you have a question that needs an answer without having to schedule an office visit. Good practice and an excellent doctor.
