Friendly staff great service.
Right..ok. I went in Wednesday, for what I thought was going to be a cyst removal on my thumb but after an hour later was xrays and eval. Then I was told I would get a call by the end of the week to schedule the "surgery". We'll here it us Sunday and still waiting.
Dr Brooker and his team are beyond excellent. I had a carpal tunnel release on both hands and each time, I felt safe, secure and most importantly HEARD. Everyone from staff to doctors listen to your needs and refer you to where you need to go for further testing. The communication was excellent via my chart app, I person and via phone. All my questions pre to post recovery were answered and the surgery site is healing well with expected pain. The incision scars are starting to look like the extension of lines in my palms.
