I had never been to Roper Berkeley before today, and unfortunately, this experience was exactly what I had hoped to avoid. I arrived at the emergency department Tuesday morning at 5:25 AM. The ER physician and nursing staff were kind and provided good care. I went there with great apprehension, not knowing what's going on. But after meeting and discussing my concerns with Dr. Miller, I was put at ease. I felt no pressure. She listened and we discussed a treatment plan, so all in all my visit from start to finish was great. Everyone was really nice, respectful and professional.
