The entire staff from Dr. Toole to every other doctor, nurse, technician, et al, could not have been more professional, informative, and kind in their care. Kudos! The only criticism, and it's a major one, is the abysmal, inedible hospital food.
I had two appointments. The first was an ultrasound. All personnel were welcoming and professional. They were intent on caring for me the patient. I couldn’t have desired more! My second appointment was much different. It was a CT scan. The phlebotomist was notified I was there. She came out and looked at me. Then mumbled under her breath “wonderful” loud enough for me to hear it. She took me to the cubicle to inset an iv. It was very painful.
