I was referred here by my doctor Sarah Russo for therapy. I'm very happy with Dr. Russo but the office staff is not as encouraging. I was contacted and told there are no appointments after 2 pm, while the website says they are open from 8-5. So, if you have a life and work for a living between 7-3, there are no therapists for you! The staff person I spoke with couldn't have cared less that I needed a therapy appointment.
Dr. Braxton is awesome. She's compassionate. We closely discuss medications and what's going on with me and make changes as applicable. She has even gotten me off some meds that I did not need as prescribed by my prior doctor. There is another thing that I wanna add .... She listens.
I was hoping this was an internal review yet here we are. Dr Russo is phenomenal. She is highly educated and has a wonderful "bedside manner." She appears to genuinely care about her patients wellness and uses every possible avenue to achieve it. On the exact opposite end is the communications office staff, including the office manager. When you enter into the clinic everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr reardon is one of the best.
I see Dr. Gentry and him and his team are great people.
