Doctor faxed orders to the lab. Called lab twice to confirm at 8:00 am and 9:00 left voice-mail at the lab. No one called back. Went to the lab at 3:30. Was told fax machine was broke for 2 days.
Woman working behind the desk shouted rudely at me across the busy waiting room for putting milk in my coffee and publicly scolded me for "not fasting" even though my doctor told me lab work no longer requires fasting. Very humiliating. I wouldn't have minded if she'd spoken to me quietly one-on-one or if she had been at least a little kind about it.
They have really cleaned up their act at this place. Much more organized and more than one tech. Keep up the good work.
Very short wait time, friendly staff, they did a great job calming me through my fear of needles, blood draw process itself couldn’t have been more than a minute or two.
