Very short wait time, friendly staff, they did a great job calming me through my fear of needles, blood draw process itself couldn’t have been more than a minute or two.
Very pleasant experience every time I go there
I drive PAST the James Island Roper location to come here for blood draws. Everyone is cheerful and it doesn’t seem to matter which phlebotomist I get they always get the vein without searching around. Slight wait because they’re busy but you take a number when you first arrive and then can sit for your number to be called. Very efficient
Doctor faxed orders to the lab. Baked lab twice to confirm at 8:00 am and 9:00 left voice-mail at the lab. No one called back. Went to the lab at 3:30. Was told fax machine was broke for 2 days.
