This rating is for the lab work draw at the Trident location. 6/28/24 the place is overwhelmed! You need a dedicated lab draw/shot tech. AND the staff looked very unhappy, understandably so. I love my doc office but this has to change!
Terrible, just terrible
Someone needs to evaluate and audit RSFH billing practices. I continue to be erroneously billed and my patient rights being violated by fraudulently selling my info to collection agencies when I DO NOT OWE THEM MONEY! And it has been placed on my credit report. I have a PRIMARY and SECONDARY insurance that has been verified on file at EVERY location I am seen at, my ins has NOT changed since 2018, they are in network and cover ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of my allowed costs.
