My mother was admitted for hip surgery. The doctors were fine and the nursing staff. My issue is with the social worker/case worker who transferred my mother to the slum of rehabilitation!! They couldn't get her out fast enough!! The family should have had time to consider where she should go. I do know this will not happen again. For this I don't give any stars!
It didn't go so well food was terrible did not give me anything after surgery no water or anything
Facility that is slowly growing out there off one seventy six is amazing. Each time i've shown up over the past year , there was something new. I could check-in quite briefly, give some personal information, get a wristband and go to the waiting room to have my very short wait to have my scan over in the x ray department. I had a very experienced radiologist and a new student radiology clinic member help me out. I think I was in the building for about fifteen minutes. I'll be using that facility whenever possible. The girl at the reception desk was rude and short with everyone before me and after. I am sure she feels pressured being the only person there with literally 10 people waiting, but no need to be obnoxious. She needed to call for help from supervisor. I believe her name was Cecelia or something similar. Having only one person there is asinine though. There needs to be at least one more person there
