. I’ve had several negative experiences at this hospital, from the lab department to the emergency room. The entire facility feels disorganized, and communication is severely lacking. One of the most frustrating issues is that you can’t even call to confirm if a loved one has been admitted to the ER. In urgent situations, that kind of basic information should be accessible—it’s unacceptable and incredibly stressful.

Pleasant hospital staff for a unpleasant test.
My Experience was great. I went in for a simple checkup and asked if I could be thoroughly checked for other things and even though it was Saturday and very busy, the staff had great personalities. They never seemed annoyed or frustrated, and it was super crowded. I was there from 2-12am. My nurse was Nicole. She was great. I won’t go anywhere else, as I was super nervous because I’ve always had bad experiences with hospitals.
