Professional and Honest Service
Very professional and courteous
The furnace wasn’t working consistently. The same technician came who had previously repaired it 3 years earlier. The response was very quick and the problem eventually solved after 2 more visits when he discovered a non functioning electrical switch. Very friendly and very informative.
The technicians that serviced my furnace were on time, very professional and friendly. I’ve been using Roper’s service for more than 10 years and have always been very pleased with their work. I would absolutely recommend them.
