The maintainence visit went very well. Austin was thorough amd answered several questions regarding some AC issues

The tech who serviced our a/c was highly knowledgeable and technically skilled. He gave us some great tips on conservation and filter management as well as complimentary comments about our new heat pump a/c unit which he said he is putting in his own home.
My condenser fan wasn’t coming on. Darrell came out & checked everything. And found the condenser fan motor was worn out. He came back the next morning & installed it. I called back 2 days later (and spoke with Vanessa who is very helpful and friendly) with a question about how my thermostat was not going off right away after reaching the set temperature.
