We are so grateful for Roper's- when our A/C went down just a couple days before the 4th holiday weekend, they were out the next day! The gentleman who came out was polite and helpful, got right to work and had us back up and running with in an hour. With no extra charge for getting out so quickly! We highly recommend calling Roper's, and we will call them again in the future with any of our HVAC needs.
Our unit was failing to cool during the hottest part of the day. The tech (whose name we didn't catch) was at our house within hours of my wife calling, and very quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem. The price was very reasonable, and most importantly, he was both kind and honest.
